I bought Stream TV for watching BBC and ITV channels here in germany, but were do i get the channel url for example like you have for BBC 4?

Deleteseveral sites with m3u files and explanations are provided on these pages:

i can't tell if abc is one of them check those sites or simply google for it,
one more thing - bbc is an England tv channel and i don't think it is available in Germany
